VC DECISION INTELLIGENCE

From startup deck to evidence-backed screening memo — with the investment decision staying human.

Meta3Agents helps lean funds, family offices, venture studios and corporate venture teams screen inbound opportunities, challenge the thesis and produce review-ready decision material — source-linked claims, calibrated confidence, approval gates and a replayable execution record.

One real screening run, measured

A live inbound deck was processed through the governed screening workflow: claims extracted and evidence-mapped, contradictions and cross-claim conflicts identified, a verification-capped assessment produced, and the result released through a human gate.

An inbound deck, governed end to end

A concrete walk-through of one workflow — every step traceable, gated where it matters, and logged for replay.

Who it's for Lean VC / micro-fund partners and investment teams drowning in inbound, who need conviction with a paper trail — not just a faster skim.
Situation
A cold inbound deck lands in the partner's inbox on a seed-stage infra startup. There's no time to run a full diligence pass on every deal — but missing the right one is expensive.
Input
The deck (PDF), founder email, and a one-line thesis-fit prompt are dropped into the pipeline via web, email connector, or a scheduled inbound-triage job.
Agent workflow
A deal parser extracts the round, traction, and team → an opportunity scorer grades thesis fit and check size → a research agent pulls market and competitive context → a red-team / blue-team pair argues the thesis, and the Strategy Council synthesizes a conviction score.
What the score is — and is not
Conviction score, defined: an evidentiary-support score for the thesis; a separately calibrated confidence in that score, measured against outcomes; and the human investment judgment — which the system never makes. Verification-capped: the score cannot exceed what the evidence supports.
Evidence gathered
Material claims and screening assessments link to their supporting evidence: parsed deck fields, comparable rounds, the red-team's specific objections, and the calibrated confidence behind the conviction number.
Human approval gate
Nothing advances stage automatically. The partner reviews the memo and conviction score and decides: pass, watch, or take a call. Low-confidence or out-of-scope deals are flagged for a human rather than auto-rated.
Output
A structured investment memo with a conviction score, the bear case, key diligence questions, and a suggested next action — ready to drop into the pipeline CRM.
Audit trail
The full chain — inputs, persona path, evidence, and the partner's decision — is written to a hash-chained, replayable log, so enabled workflow runs preserve the inputs, evidence, gates and the recorded human decision for later LP or IC review.

Inbound Screening & IC Preparation

Design-partner workflow — open

Inputs: inbound decks, founder materials, your thesis criteria. Outputs: evidence-mapped screening memos, contradiction flags, verification-capped assessments, IC-ready decision material. Control: No pass, watch, call or stage decision is executed without the investment team's approval.

Portfolio Value-Creation Brief

Reference workflow

Inputs: portfolio company updates and KPIs. Outputs: structured value-creation briefs with risk signals and suggested support actions, for the partner's review. Control: reporting and analysis only — no outward action without approval.

Diagnostic → Pilot → Expansion on evidence

1 · Governed Workflow Diagnostic

Fixed-fee, 2–3 weeks: select one recurring screening or IC workflow · map inputs, systems, owners · baseline cycle time and review effort · define evidence and acceptance standards · classify actions and approvals · honest verdict: pilot, defer, or stop.

2 · Design-partner pilot

6–8 weeks, by invitation after the diagnostic: one screening workflow configured and run repeatedly · accepted-output and correction rates measured · permissions and escalation tested · closing evidence + ROI report.

3 · Expansion on evidence

Only after the pilot: additional workflows, deeper integrations, portfolio-side briefs, self-hosted options.

Right fit, said plainly

Right fit

Lean fund, family office, venture studio or CVC team · a recurring screening or IC-preparation workflow · a clear partner-level owner · willingness to measure review effort before and after · need for evidence, approvals and auditability.

Not the right fit

Looking for auto-rated deal decisions · expecting the system to make the investment call · no repeatable workflow or owner · unwilling to define approval boundaries · seeking autonomous investment execution.

Start with the governed workflow diagnostic
