What this site collects

The pilot-request form collects the details you type — name, work email, your seat, and an optional note. Submissions are delivered by FormSubmit to Meta3Ventures ([email protected]) and used solely to respond to your request. The site sets no advertising trackers; basic page-view analytics may be collected in aggregate.

Board materials in a pilot

• Pilot materials are exchanged under NDA before anything is shared.
• Your materials are never used to train models. On self-host deployments, inference runs on local models inside your infrastructure, so materials never leave your perimeter at all.
• Every analysis is recorded in a hash-chained audit trail; the record of your pilot belongs to you and is exportable.
• At the end of a pilot, materials are deleted on request — including the working copies.

Ask us at any time what we hold, to correct it, or to delete it: [email protected]. We answer directly — there is no ticket queue between you and the people who run the product.
