Questions

Fair questions, straight answers

Are my board materials used to train models?

No — and on the self-host deployment the question doesn't even arise: inference runs on local models on your infrastructure, so materials never leave your perimeter. On managed deployments, materials are never used for training and never leave your control contractually.

What happens when the evidence is thin?

The judge returns "insufficient evidence" — that verdict is a feature, not a failure. The council is built on a runtime whose core discipline is refusing to fill silence with fluency.

Is this investment or legal advice?

No. BoardCouncil is decision support: it reads, argues, grades, and records. Judgment — and accountability — stays with you. That boundary is architectural, not just a disclaimer: outward actions require your explicit approval.

What does the pilot involve?

You bring one real board pack (under NDA). We run the full council on it — operator-guided — and return the graded brief plus the audit record behind it. You evaluate it against the meeting you then attend. If it didn't earn a seat, you walk away.

Why should I trust the AI's confidence?

You shouldn't — you should trust its calibration. The runtime measures the council's reliability with statistical confidence intervals and reports it. Trust is earned from track record, never assumed.

Can I cancel?

Anytime. No setup fee, no lock-in. Your materials and your audit records are exportable — they're yours.

Convene your council.

Bring one real board pack; we'll return a graded, adversarially-tested pre-meeting brief — and you'll see the audit trail behind every finding.
